Policies for BigDIA2026 Authors

• GenAI cannot be listed as an author of a paper.
• Authors are fully responsible for the content of their manuscript, even thosepartsproducedby an AI tool, and are thus liable for any breach of publication ethics.
• Plagiarism and the use of GenAI in creating, altering or manipulating original researchdataand results are prohibited. Note that this policy does not porhibit authors fromusingGenAIfor editing or polishing author-written text.
• The authors in the Prohibited Participants List (PPL) Database, which is maintainedbytheIEEE Publishing Ethics Team, are banned from submitting manuscriptstoBigDIAConference.

IEEE Xplore®-compatible PDF Instructions

For the accepted paper, the camera-ready paper should be converted into a PDF file and verified for Xplore compliance by IEEE PDF eXpress. Go to https://ieee-pdf-express.org/ and convert your file to an IEEE Xplore compatible PDF file or check your PDF file for IEEE Xplore compliance.

First-time users should do the following:

1. Select “New Users-Click Here”
2. Enter the following:
   • 71496X for the Conference ID
   • your email address
   • a password
3. Continue to enter information as prompted

An online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

Camera-ready Submission

IEEE requires that an author of every published submission signs a copyright agreement. EasyChair is a vendor authorized by IEEE and BigDIA 2026 to handle copyright agreements. Once the paper has been included in the proceedings of BigDIA 2026, an email about IEEE copyright agreement will be sent to you on how to sign the agreement via EasyChair. Please sign it before camera-ready submission.

Please be reminded again that the deadline for camera-ready submissions is Jul. 20^th, 2026.

Please UPDATE THE FILE to complete the final submission of your paper at EasyChair, using the role of Proceeding Author. Looking forward to seeing you at BigDIA 2026 in YiNing, XinJiang during August 3-5, 2026.

Notice: Please register and make the payment before Jul. 20^th, 2026, at https://2026.bigdia.org.

An accepted paper without registration will be removed from the BigDIA 2026 proceedings.
