Author Policies

Policies for BigDIA 2026 Authors

• GenAI cannot be listed as an author of a paper.

• Authors are fully responsible for the content of their manuscript, even those parts produced by an AI tool, and are thus liable for any breach of publication ethics.

• Plagiarism and the use of GenAI in creating, altering or manipulating original research data and results are prohibited. Note: This policy does not prohibit authors from using GenAI for editing or polishing author-written text.

• The authors in the Prohibited Participants List (PPL) Database, which is maintained by the IEEE Publishing Ethics Team, are banned from submitting manuscripts to BigDIA Conference.
